Start here. A full one on one evaluation with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. We identify the root cause and build a plan designed around your body, goals, and schedule.

Evaluation + 4 Follow Up Visit Punch Pass

This punch pass includes your first evaluation and 4 follow up visits. Select this to pay & schedule your first evaluation. With this 5 visit punch pass, you get visits at only $165 each time. It can be used anytime to keep you healthy.

12 Week Performance Prescription

Full performance evaluation, movement and strength testing, and a custom 12 week training plan in our app. Includes in person sessions, weekly accountability and check ins, direct messaging access, and program reassessment. Precise, objective based testing.
